Pest Pulse Limited, a pest control startup headquartered in Dublin, has been acquired by ServiceMaster.
The company which was founded in 2017 by Brian Monaghan, Tim O'Toole, John O’Gara and Wassim Magnin, provides internet-connected pest traps to commercial customers.
The devices permanently monitor businesses for pest activity, with sensors alerting the customer if a trap is triggered, allowing for quick action.
Today, the startup announced that it has been acquired by ServiceMaster, a leading provider of termite and pest control, headquartered in the US.
Brian Monaghan, CEO of Pest Pulse said they look forward to expanding business across Europe, the US and beyond.
