The 125 acre residential development site in Baldoyle is being brought to market by Savills.
The estate agent says it's one of the largest residential development opportunities available close to Dublin City Centre.
The site comes to market on the instruction of receivers, Mazars.

Ashfield attracts a footfall of 4.5 million per annum, according to CBRE.
