The employers' group has just launched a Keep Well Mark, effectively a quality assurance mark for companies that adopt policies to make their employees' wellbeing a priority for their businesses.

Such policies would include having a smoke free workplace, making healthy eating options available and promoting physical activity. They also include strategies to look after mental health.

Danny McCoy spoke to RTÉ business reporter Conor Brophy about the Keep Well Mark alongside Irish Olympian Jessie Barr, who is currently studying for a PhD and specialises in performance psychology.
