US technology company Black Duck Software is to create up to 60 jobs in Belfast.

The Boston-based firm is opening a cyber security research centre to support its customers in the UK and Europe.

Invest NI, the North's jobs creation agency, said the new jobs would contribute over £2m (€2.24m) annually in salaries to the local economy.

The new posts will have an average salary of £37,000 (€41,400).
