Recruitment website Indeed.com is to take on 30 new staff at its European, Middle East and Africa headquarters in Dublin.
Indeed already employs 200 staff here. It opened its Dublin EMEA headquarters in 2012.
The new jobs are in sales and the new staff are being taken on to help in the surge in the recruitment requirements of small and medium enterprise in particular.
The company said that job posting on its site has increased 9% in the past year, supported by improving economic conditions and a move from SMEs to put more of their open roles online.
Gerard Murnaghan, Vice President of EMEA at Indeed Ireland said that one of the biggest job growth category both in Ireland and across its European business has been from small and medium-sized businesses.
"These types of companies have taken longer to feel the benefits of the economic recovery, but now have the confidence to hire aggressively, with levels growing 20% year on year in many job categories including healthcare and IT," he added.
