Nextag, a company which operates websites on which online shoppers can compare prices, is to set up its international headquarters in Drogheda.
The IDA supported investment in the new office is expected to result in 125 new jobs over the next five years.
"We have experienced tremendous growth in our International business in recent years," said Nextag senior vice president Derek Yung.
"Locating in Drogheda provides us a great opportunity to recruit from the strong local talent base," he said.
Nextag's price comparison website is used by 40 million customers each month, according to figures supplied by the company.
