Workers at the pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithKline in West Waterford have been called to a meeting with management tomorrow to discuss what are understood to be details of restructuring at the plant.
The pharmaceutical company, which has been in Dungarvan for nearly 30 years, is the town's biggest employer with over 700 employees.
Earlier this year the Company announced it was divesting a number of brands including Solpadeine, which is manufactured in the Dungarvan plant.
The meeting between workers and Management is due to take place at 3pm at the plant.
A spokesperson for GlaxoSmithKline has confirmed that there will be a meeting, but said the company would not comment until after that meeting.
