Irish recruitment specialists Premier Group have completed the £45.2 million acquisition of UK-based Imprint.
The deal sees three member of Imprint's senior management team – Robert Thesiger, Colin Webster and John Hunter – become members of Premier's board as executive directors.
However, Premier's managing director Pat Fitzgerald will head the enlarged group, which will now employ over 800 employees in 26 offices across eight countries.
