Irish software firm Cape Clear has been bought by US-based Workday for an undisclosed sum.
Cape Clear develops and markets software products that enable companies to make their existing IT systems work together. It also enables those software applications to work over the Internet. It was established in Dublin in 1999.
Cape Clear's CEO Annrai O'Toole is to join the Workday management team as vice president, Integration.
Workday says it plans to further expand investment in Dublin office as a product development and support centre.
