Blackrock International Land says it is about to start building its new 160,000 square foot Navan retail park on its 28.8 acre site in the Co Meath town.
The project is a 50-50 joint venture with Lagan Developments Holdings and is expected to a have a development value of over €70m.
Blackrock says the development is situated in a high profile location that benefits from frontage on to the new road network in Navan, including the link road to the new M3 motorway which is currently under construction.
Other major infrastructure improvements are also underway in the area.
