The company owned by Ireland's richest man Sean Quinn made profits of €433m last year. Quinn Group's profits jumped by 32% compared to 2005.
The company owns Quinn Insurance but also has interests in hotels, pubs, chemical and glass manufacturing, property development, concrete and quarrying.
Earlier this year, the Quinn Group purchased health insurer BUPA Ireland.
The 2006 results show the group had a turnover of €1.4 billion up from €1.2 billion in 2005, according to the results which were filed with the Company Registration Office.
The accounts, for the year ending December 2006, show it employed a total of 5,153 staff.
