A subsidiary of Cork-based O'Flynn Construction now owns 10.7% of Blackrock International Land.
Blackrock is the company formed from a spin-off of the property assets of fruit group Fyffes.
O'Flynn Construction has increased its stake from just over 9% since July. It is a subsidiary of the O'Flynn Group, and is headed by Michael O'Flynn. It currently has assets of €2 billion.
