Fyffes spin-off Blackrock International Land said today it will realise around €380,000 profit on the sale of two office buildings in The Netherlands which were bought seven months ago.
The properties in Nijmegen are being sold for €4.8m and are part of a larger portfolio of office buildings acquired by Blackrock in The Netherlands in December for €46.5m.
Renpart Vastgoed Group, a Dutch property investment company is buying the buildings.
Blackrock Chairman, Carl McCann, said Blackrock continues to pursue opportunities to increase its assets in line with previously stated objectives.
Blackrock Land was formed when fruit importer Fyffes spun off its property interests into a new business last year.
