Vislink, the Dublin and London-listed satellite TV and communications equipment developer, has bought a US company for up to $5.5m.
In a statement to the Irish Stock Exchange Vislink said it has acquired California-based Focus Communications, which trades as Western Technical Services, for a maximum of $5.5m.
Vislink CEO Ian Scott-Gall said :' The acquisition will accelerate our move into the US Technical Services market to provide recurring revenues and long-term growth opportunities'.
