Quinlan Private, along with its business partner Borgestad Group, has sold off the Forum Shopping Centre in Gliwice, Poland.
Forum was developed on behalf of Quinlan and Borgestad by Quinlan Private Golub and Danish developer Braaten & Pedersen. It opened in June 2007 and it has now been sold to German firm Deka Immobilien for €128m.
The shopping centre houses 132 units in 43,000 square metres of retail space and 1,000 car parking spaces. It is more than 90% leased with the remaining space at an advanced stage of lease negotiation. Quinlan will continue to manage the centre.
Gliwice is a city in the Upper Silesia region of Poland, one of the country's key economic areas.
