AIB Capital Markets is planning to raise up to €150m to invest in property in Warsaw and other Polish regional cities.

AIBCM said the capital raised, between €100m and €150m, will be leveraged to provide a fund worth around €600m for investment in commercial, retail, residential and development property opportunities.

It said it will consider joint ventures and co-investment with large strategic investors and will also examine some diversification opportunities in other central European countries.

This is the second Polish property investment fund run by the bank.

The minimum investment will be €150,000 for pension funds and €250,000 for private investors, and it will run for at least seven years.
