The Irish Business and Employers Confederation (IBEC) has named Maurice Healy as president of the group.
Mr Healy, is chief executive officer and founder of the Healy Group. He takes over from Gary McGann, CEO of the Smurfit Kappa Group.
The Healy Group operates internationally in the pharmachemical and food ingredient sectors and employs over 400 people.
