Smart Telecom has this evening welcomed the decision of the High Court to refuse ComReg's application to have the court proceedings determined by way of judicial review.
The court held that Smart Telecom's application to have the process held by means of a plenary summons did not amount to an abuse of the process of court.
The judge awarded Smart Telecom its costs. In a statement this evening the company said it looks forward to an early trial date.
