Dublin-listed communications company Vislink says it has made a strong start to 2006, with sales and orders 'significantly ahead' of the same period last year.
Vislink supplies microwave radio and satellite transmission products for the broadcast and security markets and CCTV systems for the marine security market.
MRC, its US broadcast business, has received a $15m order in the US and a $4.5m order from South Korea. Advent, its UK satellite communications business, has won a £1m order in Asia. Vislink expects to announce on its 2005 preliminary results on March 29.
