An appeal has been issued to trace a 54-year-old man missing from Tralee, Co Kerry.

William Mulvihill, from Ballybunion, was last in the Tralee bypass on the night of 22 August.

He is described as being 1.6m (5'3'') tall, of medium build with green eyes. When last seen he was wearing a tweed suit jacket, chequered shirt and blue jeans. 

Mr Mulvihill has red receding hair and a thick moustache.

Meanwhile, gardaí in Cork have re-issued an appeal for help in tracing the whereabouts of 45-year-old Mandy Bermingham who is missing since last Saturday.

Ms Bermingham was last seen at around 4.30pm on 29 October at Cork University Hospital.

She is described as being approximately 1.58mm (5'2'') tall, with black hair and blue eyes. When last seen she was wearing a grey cardigan and blue trousers.
