A 51-year-old man charged with taking part in an "unnotified" parade in Co Armagh yesterday is to appear at Craigavon Magistrates court next month.

Twelve men were arrested following the parade in Lurgan.

The PSNI said the men were arrested on suspicion of breaches of the Public Processions Act and associated offences.

Supt David Moore said: "The arrests were as a result of the subsequent policing operation and concurrent investigation."

BBC News NI is reporting that those arrested were from the Republic and were returning to Dublin when they were held after having taken part in a colour party at the parade in Lurgan.

Of the other 11 men arrested, nine were bailed and two released unconditionally.
