An investigation is under way into a shooting incident at a house in Knockbridge Village, Co Louth.
A number of shots were fired at the house around 7.30pm this evening.
One adult and a child were inside at the time, however, gardaí confirmed that no one was injured during the incident.
The scene has been preserved pending an examination.
