Three men arrested in Dean Johnson murder inquiry

Three men have been arrested in connection with the murder of Dean Johnson in Dublin last year.

Mr Johnson was shot dead at Harelawn Green in Clondalkin in August 2013.

A 25-year-old man was arrested in Dublin this evening and taken to Ronanstown station.  

Two other men in their 20s were arrested in Dublin this morning.

They are being held at Lucan and Ronanstown garda stations.

A number of searches are being carried out in Dublin and Kildare.

A total of eight people have now been arrested in the investigation into Mr Johnson's murder.
