A man in his 30s was treated for injuries after he was shot on the Malahide Road in Dublin last night.
The incident happened at around 10.15pm.
The man, who is from Dublin, was taken to hospital but has since been discharged.
Gardaí are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident to contact them.
