TDs Mick Wallace and Clare Daly have been released from garda custody after earlier being arrested at Shannon Airport.
The two were detained by airport police at around 12.20pm before being handed over to the gardaí.
They were detained at Shannon Garda Station for a time on suspicion of trespass and interfering with aircraft.
Both were released without charge at 1.30pm.
A file will be sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Mr Wallace later tweeted an image from Shannon Airport following his release from custody.
