Gardaí are treating as suspicious the death of a woman in her 50s whose body was discovered near the village of Lixnaw in Co Kerry today.

She has been named locally as Susan Dunne, who was originally from England, but had moved to Lixnaw about two years ago.

A 19-year-old man has been arrested.
