A 55-year-old woman, arrested during protests in Dublin city centre yesterday, is due to appear in court next month.
Two men, aged 23 and 43, who were also arrested during the demonstrations have been released without charge.
The woman will appear in court on 7 October.
Around 500 protesters gathered outside Leinster House and on O'Connell Bridge as the Dáil returned following its summer recess.
There were scuffles between demonstrators and gardaí, with three protesters hospitalised.
Two people were hurt after officers deployed pepper spray and a third person was injured on a barrier.
There was also widespread disruption to rush-hour traffic as around 100 protesters blocked O'Connell Bridge.
