Gardaí called after protesters shout at Rabbitte in pubWednesday 17 July 2013 22.46
Gardaí had to be called to a Dublin city centre pub this evening after anti-austerity protesters followed Minister for Communications Pat Rabbitte inside and shouted at him.
A spokesperson for the minister confirmed the incident took place, but said there was no physical contact during the confrontation.
He said the protesters appeared to have taken video of the incident.
He said it would presumably surface at some point.
