Business advisory company Deloitte is creating almost 200 jobs at its technology centre in Belfast.
The firm plans to recruit 177 staff members over the next three years and develop a technology hub to deliver professional services to the UK and European markets.
The majority of the new posts will be aimed at IT graduates.
Northern Ireland's job creation agency, Invest NI, has given £1.2m to support the project.
Stormont Enterprise Minister Arlene Foster said the new jobs will bring in over £6m annually in salaries and provide employment for new and experienced graduates.
