Two companies have said they hope to create over 130 jobs with separate announcements.
Guidewire Software in Blanchardstown, Co Dublin is to create 75 jobs in software development and software product management and consultancy.
The company already employs 50 people at its base.
Elsewhere, a cement company based at Dublin Port has said it hopes to create 61 jobs in a €19m investment at a new plant at the port.
Ecocem Ireland said 25 jobs will be created at the plant, while a further 36 indirect jobs will be created.
