A teenage boy has been resuscitated by emergency services after being taken from Hanover Quay in Dublin this afternoon.
The 15-year-old from Blanchardstown was swimming with a number of friends when he went missing.
It is understood he had volunteered to help with a group called Kings of Concrete, which is taking part in the Tall Ships Festival.
A number of fire officers pulled him from the water and performed CPR. He was taken by ambulance to St Vincent's University Hospital.
