A sum of money has been taken during an armed robbery in a pub in Raheny, Dublin.
Three armed and masked men entered the premises on St Assam's Avenue in Raheny shortly before 3am.
The men, who had a large blade and a stanley knife, forced a barman to open the safe and took the cash.
No one was injured in the raid and the gang made its escape in a staff member's car.
Gardaí say the three raiders were aged in their late 20s and were wearing balaclavas, baseball caps and gloves.
Two of them wore black tracksuits; the third was wearing a white tracksuit top and black bottoms.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to contact them.
