The High Court case between GOAL chief executive John O'Shea and the charity has been adjourned until next week.

Lawyers said a mutually acceptable arrangement had been reached.

This would allow for the lifting of an interim court order preventing GOAL from suspending Mr O'Shea.

The court heard earlier this week that some staff had complained about Mr O'Shea's behaviour and there were allegations about a culture of "institutionalised bullying".

Mr O'Shea denied these claims and described them "false and concocted".
