Gardaí in Dublin have renewed their appeal for information after a man drowned in the River Liffey last weekend.
The 35-year-old from Co Tyrone had attended the All-Ireland Football Championship match involving Tyrone at Croke Park before socialising in the city.
Gardaí say that Aiden Mullen, from Tattyreagh Road near Omagh, had been in a pub on Burgh Quay in Dublin city centre with family and friends last Saturday night.
At around 3.20am last Sunday morning, they left the pub and were waiting on Burgh Quay for taxis home.
Mr Mullen left the group and walked over to the River Liffey wall. He was last seen falling into the water by his brother.
His brother jumped in to assist him and both got in to difficulty in the river, before three passers-by entered the water to assist them.
Dublin Fire Brigade was called and rescued four people.
The body of Mr Mullen was located a short time later.
Gardaí say a number of witnesses have already come forward, but they would like anyone else with information to contact them at Pearse Street Garda Station.
