A 13-year-old south Belfast boy charged with raping a five-year-old boy on two occasions last year has been released on bail.
At Belfast Magistrates Court District Judge Amanda Henderson granted bail yesterday afternoon on the condition that the accused teenager has no contact with other children, will not leave home without a parent of be left home alone.
He is also not allowed to contact the alleged victim or prosecution witnesses.
