A woman has died in a road crash in Co Meath.
The single car crash happened on the N3 near Dunshaughlin at around 7am this morning.
The 22-year-old woman was travelling in a car with two men and another woman when the crash occurred.
She was taken to Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown, but was later pronounced dead.
The condition of the other three people is described as not life threatening.
In Co Galway, three people were injured following a multiple car crash on the N17 Galway-Tuam road. Their injuries are not thought to be serious.
The accident occurred at Corrandrum 10 kilometres from Tuam at about 1.30pm.
