A private jet company based in Dublin has made 22 of its staff redundant.
JetBird, was planning to launch a low cost private jet hire service this year, but has had difficulties raising funds.
The 31 staff were put on protective notice last month and now 22 have been told their jobs are gone.
The company, which is based in the Eastpoint Business Park, says it is still working on funding but doesn't now expect to launch until the middle of next year.
The staff who have lost their jobs include pilots and people working in support, adminstration and sales.
