US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is expected to visit Dublin and Belfast in the next fortnight.
Mrs Clinton will pay a visit to London, Dublin and Belfast beginning 10 October.
She will travel to London first on 10 October.
The Secretary of State is expected to meet Taoiseach Brian Cowen and Micheál Martin, Minister for Foreign Affairs when she arrives in Dublin the following day.
On 12 October she will travel to Belfast to meet political leaders there.
