A 16-year-old youth has appeared at the Children's Court charged with the murder of Aidan O'Kane in East Wall on Sunday.
He was remanded in custody for a week.
The father of one was shot once in the body at around 7.15pm on Sunday and died 30 minutes later in hospital.
Another teenage boy who was being held at Store Street Garda Station has been released without charge as has a woman who was being held at Mountjoy Garda Station.
Three men and one woman remain in custody at Store Street, Bridewell, Pearse Street and Whitehall garda stations.
