A murder investigation has been launched following the discovery of a man's body in a burnt out flat in Portrush, Co Antrim.
Emergency services were called to the blaze at Causeway Street in the town shortly after 6am this morning.
While tackling the fire, which is thought to have been started deliberately, they came across the body of the 35-year-old victim.
A man has been arrested and is helping police with their inquiries.
The PSNI is appealing for anyone who may have noticed anything suspicious in the area to come forward.
