A woman has been arrested in connection with an investigation into prostitution activity in Cork.
She was detained following a garda search in the North Mall area of the city early yesterday afternoon.
A second search later took place in the south of the city where a quantity of cash and computer equipment was seized.
Investigations are continuing.
