A pedestrian has been killed in a road accident in Portmarnock, Dublin.
The man who died was in his 40s.
The accident happened at 7.30pm this evening near Blackwood Lane.
Separately, a 61-year-old motorist has died in a two-car collision in Co Tyrone.
The accident happened close to the American Folk Park outside Omagh last night.
The man has been named as Leslie Edgar from Bunderg Road in Strabane.
