An overturned truck on Dublin's East Link roundabout has caused traffic chaos with major delays north and south of the city.
The truck overturned at 5.50am this morning and could not be removed until midday.
Both the truck and its trailor have been removed, but a fuel spill is being treated.
The first crane which was brought in early this morning to remove the truck but was not strong enough, and a replacement was brought in.
Gardaí said the truck became detached from its container just after 6am this morning.
No one was injured in the incident and no other vehicles were involved.
The East Wall Road was blocked and traffic on North Wall Quay was diverted onto Castleforbes Road.
Although there was only a marginal impact on early rush hour traffic, there were major delays in late morning.
