A 17-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of a 33-year-old man who died after being stabbed in the head six weeks ago.
Claudio Fernandes - who was originally from Brazil - died in hospital after being found with stab wounds in Duleek, Co Meath on 29 July.
Today the boy, who is also from Brazil but who cannot be named, was charged at Dunleer District Court, which was sitting at Ardee courthouse.
He was remanded in custody for one month.
