A roadside bomb has killed four people in Nangarhar province of eastern Afghanistan.
Three foreign soldiers and their civilian interpreter were in Khogiani district of Nangarhar when their vehicle was hit.
The US-led coalition withheld the nationalities of those killed, but most of the international force in eastern Afghanistan is from the US military.
In a separate incident yesterday, one British soldier was killed in southern Afghanistan.
The attack occurred in the Sangin district of Helmand province, considered a stronghold of Islamists.
