Samaritans says calls have increased

The Samaritans say calls to their confidential support service have increased in the wake of recent high-profile tragedies.

The revelation came as the charity launched a campaign to make emotional health a mainstream issue.

The Samaritans are trying to raise awareness of the charity's round-the-clock emotional support service.
