Gardaí have named the victim of yesterday's road collision in Fermoy in north Cork.
Slawomir Siwonia, 33, of Anach Cuain, Dublin Road, Thurles, Co Tipperary died when his truck went out of control around 2km outside Fermoy yesterday morning.
Four other articulated trucks were involved in the accident and three people were seriously injured.
The accident happened between the Moorepark Food Research Centre and the Corbett Court Hotel.
Road conditions were wet after the first heavy rain in the area for a considerable time.
