A man has been charged in relation to the fatal stabbing of another man in Wexford.
Anthony Cullen, 37, died from stab wounds and head injuries on Sunday.
22-year-old Stephen Delaney of Belclare Grove, Poppintree, Ballymun in Dublin, was brought before a special sitting of Enniscorthy District Court last night.
He was charged with intentionally or recklessly causing serious harm to Mr Cullen in Rosslare Strand in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Inspector Pat McDonald told the court that when the charge was put to the accused, he made no reply.
Judge Gerard Furlong remanded Mr Delaney in custody to appear before Gorey District Court next Thursday.
A 17-year-old man, who was also arrested in connection with Mr Cullen's death, is still in garda custody.
