Trinity Technology is to form an alliance with Metromedia Fiber Network, the companies announced on Monday. The strategic alliance is to take immediate effect. The alliance forms part of Trinity's strategy of developing relationships with key global players in the Internet space.

Trinity provides integrated IT infrastructure solutions, and is currently reinventing itself after major changes were made to its managerial staff in July. In November Computer Associates took a 10 percent equity stake in Trinity Technology, which was estimated to be worth EUR3.8 million. And in April the company bought USD5 million worth of software from Computer Associates, to help deliver management service solutions to customers.
