The Star Wars experience in Kerry, Eddie Redmayne and Felicity Jones to team up again, a superhero project for James Franco, and all the new releases with Garret Daly.

Saturday January 19th

Today we hear Tevye’s dream from Fiddler on the Roof and the violin playing of Joshua Bell on the Oscar award-winning score for the film The Red Violin. The brand new score from 'Mary Queen of Scots' by Max Richter. Aedín also features numbers from the screen and stage versions of An American in Paris, and music from three films featuring the songs of Richard and Robert Sherman ; Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Mary Poppins and The Jungle Book. Stunning scores too from The Bridges of Madison County, Cape Fear, Laura and Brokeback Mountain.

Saturday January 26th

Aedín features the music of Franz Schubert on three soundtracks; The Killing of a Sacred Deer (2017), Miss Julie (2014) and Amour (2012). We also mark the 60th anniversary of the premiere of Disney’s Sleeping Beauty, we meet with The Third Man and First Man plus the songs of Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewe from the impressive 2017 cast recording of Brigadoon, starring Kelli O'Hara and Patrick Wilson.
